CommonAction is led by Adam Fletcher, an internationally-recognized expert in human engagement. Learn about our staff. Our depth of experience, strong consulting and training capacity, and well-established collaborations strengthen and expands our clients' capacity to engage people of all ages in large and small settings around the world. CommonAction staff have worked with clients around the globe in the public sector, human services, nonprofits, and other areas. Personal Engagement Focus Launched! Personal Engagement is a new focus for CommonAction in 2012. Learners are challenged to examine who they are, what they believe, and how they relate to the world. One reader recently said,
